Tequila Maker Dinner

  Our tequila tasting features a selection from our large stock of 86 tequilas. We will review and pair what is being tasted and explain the differences between them.

Wine & Tequila Dinner

  These dinners are a great opportunity to taste your favorite food paired up with great wines and spirits. Chef Federico will tantalize your taste buds with his creative culinary and award winning creations. Usually consisting of appetizer, salad, entree, and dessert, each course is paired with a perfect cocktail.

Paella Night

  Paella is a Spanish inspired dish consisting of saffron flavored rice. Every chef has their own recipe. You've got to try Chef Lupe's dish. Seafood usually accompanies the Paella dish. This is an event you will not want to miss! These dinners have a minimum reservation of two people.

Cooking with Chef Francisco at Soul of Mexico

  Be sure to sign up for cooking classes with Chef Francisco. He will teach you how to make some of his classic dishes.
